Day Three

It really feels like we've been driving forever! Our third day ended up in St. Paul, Minnesota, after we drove through the rest of Indiana, then Illinois and Wisconsin. The scenery started to get a bit more interesting in Wisconsin with rolling green hills and lots of cows. Also lots of cheese, which was sold at nearly every shop along the highway. We got some, of course, along with postcards (with cows on them) for my Sunbeams.

We had dinner with Liz's friend Corey, and Corey's husband. Corey was on the trip in Nepal with Liz and was kind enough to bring some of Liz's baggage home, so Liz didn't have to drag it on the India part of her journey with her. Of course, seeing as how Liz's truck is already pack to the gills with STUFF, fitting more in will be difficult. I might have to ride on the hood...
